Business Philosophy

Managing Partner:

Wasseem S. Kabbara is as equally proud of his acquired American executive styles as much as he is of his Middle Eastern heritage. A graduate of the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, throughout the past 23 years, Mr. Kabbara has held several executive and management positions with American and international firms. Presently, he is Managing Partner of MOR CONSULT, a Casablanca based investment banking, funds advisory and strategic consulting firm and chairman of the advisory board of Saleh Hospitality Group, www.salehhospitality.com

From 1992- 1996, Mr. Kabbara was Chief Executive Officer, Investor, and Director of Next USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Next plc, www.next.co.uk a London Stock Exchange listed company. Thereafter, Mr. Kabbara was the chairman, member of the board of directors, and main investor of many companies in the Real Estate, services, retail, and investment industries. During the eighties he had several influential positions with private and publicly listed companies through developing and placing investments of high net worth individuals and institutions from the Middle East. He was a director of the Mosley Holding Corporation, then a US Public investment banking entity. Most recently, Mr. Kabbara was the Managing Director of BIAP Management Inc., a Boston, USA based Strategic and investment consulting firm in addition to being an advisor to the Polish Government’s National Oil Company, NAFTA POLSKA. At this capacity, Mr. Kabbara had successfully accomplished many assignments for major investors to acquire businesses, develop projects, and strategically position companies in the Moroccan market.
Mr. Kabbara is a true entrepreneur with a global vision; he is multilingual, possesses strong analytical mind armed with creative business skills, he continues to enjoy advising companies, individuals and Private Equity Funds on market positioning, projects development, joint ventures and acquisitions as well as strategic growth.

In 1998, Mr. Kabbara accomplished his two year tenure as a member of the Dean’s Council at the John F. Kennedy School of government at Harvard University.

Mr. Kabbara is the founder and ex-officio President of Freedom and Peace Trust, a US not for Profit Corporation, and a Trustee of the Commonwealth Charitable Fund, Inc. He is a member of ABANA (Arab Bankers Association of North America).
